As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s financial health, vendor relationships, and cash flow optimization.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports to minimize outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, AP/AR aging, and vendor/customer account statuses.
- Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and ensure audit readiness.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients to address payment inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of financial controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or general accounting roles.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational or engineering industry is preferred but not required.
