Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice approval, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, as well as internal audit requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in the AP function.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial statement preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Finance, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of German or Indonesian is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
