Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Oversee e-Invoicing, self-billing, and financial documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tax filings and adherence to statutory financial requirements.
- Maintain organized financial records and support external audits as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of e-Invoicing, self-billing, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
