Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and present financial reports on receivables aging, collection rates, and bad debt provisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and local regulations in all financial transactions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their financial acumen and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and cost optimization in accounts receivable workflows.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams.
