Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Support audit processes by liaising with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation.
- Maintain and improve financial controls, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is advantageous but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
