Responsibility
- Manage daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments from clients, minimizing outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR aging, cash flow, and collection performance.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and payment issues.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, implementing collection strategies as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial audits and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance standards is a plus.
