Responsibility
- Manage cost accounting processes, including cost allocation, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
- Monitor and track budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing regular updates to management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
- Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tax compliance and regulatory requirements in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
