Responsibility
- Assist senior auditors in planning and executing tax audit engagements.
- Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Analyze financial data, tax returns, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare audit work papers, reports, and findings under the supervision of senior team members.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify tax-related queries.
- Support the identification of tax risks, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, returns, and other regulatory submissions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in tax or audit is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
