Responsibility
- Assist in daily Treasury operations, including processing transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and statements for review.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in financial audits and assist in preparing audit-related documentation.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is an advantage.
