Responsibility
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to facilitate smooth account operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of trust accounts, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure all trust-related documentation is accurately maintained and updated in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Securities Services team to leverage infrastructure and resources for efficient account management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate trust management.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on account performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate trust, accounting, or securities services.
- Strong understanding of trust accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or relevant trust management credentials is a plus.
