Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of the company’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting variances and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and forecasts for accurate budget planning.
- Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support business planning and risk assessment.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
