Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Business Operations, Procurement, Finance Team) and external suppliers.
- Prepare and process payments via bank transfers, checks, or other payment methods, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices to avoid late payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies related to accounts payable.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining productivity.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
