Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and business strategy.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
