Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
- Streamline accounting processes using modern financial software and tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
