Responsibility
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the PFS Business Finance division.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and adherence to financial policies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Basel III, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, or other financial software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
