Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the executive team to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and funding.
- Ensure tax compliance and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a track record of driving business growth.
