Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of funding strategies to support healthcare cluster expansion and sustainability.
- Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Design and implement provider payment models to optimize cost efficiency and service delivery.
- Drive the transformation of financial systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and integration with healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, investors, and government entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with international standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in healthcare FP&A or funding.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for large-scale operations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics, provider payment models, and funding mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Experience working in multinational or cross-border environments is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
