Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial systems and workflows.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Finance Manager or Controller.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
