Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support data-driven decision-making across departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and strategic investments to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and commercial opportunities.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems, tools, and reporting to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, or strategic finance roles.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar strategic finance capacity, preferably in a fast-growing or technology-driven organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
