Responsibility
- Partner with business units to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations on investments, pricing, and resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics, highlighting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
