Responsibility
- Assist in the execution of trading and investment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including portfolio performance summaries and client statements.
- Monitor and reconcile investment transactions, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of investment strategies and risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and regulatory filings as required.
- Provide administrative support to the investment management team, including scheduling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, investment management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are a plus but not required.
