Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for payments, transfers, and reconciliation of statements.
- Maintain organized financial records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts under the guidance of senior finance team members.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively.
- Assist in tax-related documentation and filings, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (internships included).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
