Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to optimize AR processes and minimize financial risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of AR specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Streamline billing and collection processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on AR performance, aging analysis, and key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and AR best practices.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
