Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial and administrative data.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance (preferred).
