Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements for employees.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client billing.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and office correspondence.
- Support budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in the automotive or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
