Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply coordination.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely payments and receipts.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Handle data entry and update accounting software with precision.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding paperwork and attendance tracking.
  • Provide general clerical support to the finance and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and local business practices is a plus.
