Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office documentation.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial and operational workflows.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking, providing insights on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
