Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing office documentation.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial and operational workflows.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking, providing insights on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
