Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, taxes, and statutory filings.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax knowledge is advantageous).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
