Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making for Googleâs Devices and Services business.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting accuracy.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, partnerships, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment on financial policies and reporting standards.
- Present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A (preferably in tech or consumer electronics).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
