Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Accounting or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in finance or administration is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
