Responsibility
- Assist in processing financial transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts under supervision.
- Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and compile data for financial analysis.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documentation filing.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Conduct basic data entry and update financial databases as required.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
