Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Develop and implement efficient financial administrative processes.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance (a plus).
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
