Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and compliance with Indonesian tax laws, minimizing liabilities while optimizing benefits.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and GAAP.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Excel, and financial software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or cold storage industry is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
