Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure data integrity.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles (internships count).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/SAK; Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced SME environment is advantageous.
