Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve profitability.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and financial disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to maintain strong relationships and facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial control, auditing, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a regional or international capacity.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
