Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Develop, implement, and optimize compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives and market benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll systems with broader HRIS and ERP platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., tax laws, labor codes) and adjust payroll policies and procedures accordingly.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on payroll trends, cost-saving opportunities, and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., CPP, PHR) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (individual contributor or team lead).
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations (BPJS, PPh 21, etc.) and experience with multi-country payroll is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with employees, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., BambooHR, Oracle) is an advantage.
