Responsibility
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filings in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to audit financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planning.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
