Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
