Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with financial audits and liaising with tax authorities is highly desirable.
