Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements with precision.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
