Responsibility
- Lead and manage all accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance activities in accordance with Indonesian regulations and GAAP.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Manage tax planning, filings, and audits, minimizing liabilities while ensuring full compliance with local and national tax laws.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirements.
- Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS, with experience in tax planning and compliance.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
