Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and optimize tax strategies for the company.
- Manage payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial audits.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
- Implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial finance or accounting role.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or transport industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a finance team effectively.
