Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost-control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and implement recommendations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and compliance with healthcare industry financial standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry or a similar regulated environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
