Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings, ensuring adherence to Indonesian regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and liquidity to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and financial reviews.
- Develop and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience in the hospitality or textile industry is an advantage.
