Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax laws and financial standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
