Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Conduct internal audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor and social security regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA, or ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for cross-team communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
