Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.
- Support the finance manager in ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local Indonesian accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
