Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial compliance requirements.
- Oversee general administration tasks, including expense tracking and vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
