Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, and financial dashboards for executive review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree (D4/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Banking from a recognized institution.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with exposure to financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
