Responsibility
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Oversee tax compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax filings.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement and refine internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate risks and enhance transparency.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and tools to streamline workflows and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for business decision support.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
